Douglas T. Cook, O.D., F.A.A.O., F.C.O.V.D.

Meet Dr. Doug Cook:

   Dr. Douglas T. Cook attended Oklahoma State University in Stillwater, Oklahoma before earning his Doctor of Optometry at Northeastern State University Oklahoma College of Optometry in Tahlequah, Oklahoma in 1989. With over thirty years of experience, Dr. Cook is credentialed as a fellow in the American Academy of Optometry and the College of Optometrists in Vision Development. 

 

   Dr. Cook has been very involved in Scouting and has served the scouting community for over 30 years. He regularly volunteers at National and World Scout Jamborees on the medical service team rendering eye care services to youth and staff. Dr. Cook is an Eagle Scout who has been recognized with the Silver Beaver Award and the Amateur Radio Service to Scouting Award with the Boy Scouts of America. Dr. Cook also continues to volunteer in various capacities with the Girl Scouts of USA for over 20 years.
