Guthrie Eye Care was founded in 1992 by Drs. Doug and Lisa Cook. For over thirty years, this husband-and-wife team have been members of the Guthrie community – providing quality eyecare services and giving back to their community. In July of 2022, the Guthrie Eye Care team grew as Drs. Doug and Lisa Cook were joined by their daughter, Dr. Kayla Cook, O.D.
